UGL_Liquid_LEDAnticipation is building for the next major breakthrough in LED light bulb technology, the Led Bright liquid cooled replacement bulb for 60 and 100-watt incandescents.

Manufactured by UGetLight (UGL) and imported by HighNet Energy, the A15 Mini Series and A19 Aqua Series are currently undergoing product testing and certification in Canada. Within the next few months these unique and exciting bulbs will begin to appear on the shelves of Home Hardware stores in British Columbia. They are essentially replacements for energy-hog 100 watt and 60 watt incandescents, which stopped being manufactured as of Jan, 1, 2014.

The key to liquid-filled light bulb is the imbedded LED chips in the stem of the bulb, which are cooled by the liquid that circulates through convection. What little heat LED bulbs generates is confined to the LED chip—and with the liquid bulbs it is reduced significantly. These bulbs produce a soft, warm light that is virtually indistinguishable from the incandescents that people are used to.

The effect of reducing heat is that the LED chips will last almost indefinitely. The new LED Bright liquid-cooled bulb is rated at more than 60,000 hours, at least 60 times longer than the incandescent. Another unique feature of the bulb is that it is virtually unbreakable. You can drop them, whack them on the edge of a table and they still won’t shatter. These bulbs are perfect for boats, barns or anywhere there is movement or shaking, or where moisture is present.
